JOB DESCRIPTION

nterplay is a New York City-based startup ecosystem investing in technology-enabled businesses across Seed, Series A, and Series B. We invest in founders building exceptional companies across B2B software, marketplace, and consumer internet verticals in the United States, Canada, Latin America, and Israel.

We’re builders - we start a lot of companies. We’re starting a few companies and are looking for a hotshot to join us as the Founder & CEO. This is an evergreen role as our Foundry is always coming up with new ideas to build.

You will run the entire company and we’ll be here to actively guide/support you. We’ve done this before. If you’ve always wanted to be an entrepreneur or have failed at a venture or two in the past, this may be your chance to shine.

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about building, is a lifelong learner, and likes to win.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the development of a new company
  • Define company strategy & vision
  • Develop product & operating model
  • Recruit team
  • Raise capital (if needed)
  • Scale

WHO YOU ARE

  • A self starter and motivated to learn.
  • A problem solver and someone who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty.
  • A Swiss army knife who can handle a multitude of different responsibilities.
  • You are organized.
  • Laugh (often)
  • Have a great attitude and are willing to get their hands dirty
  • Are willing to run through brick walls without a helmet
  • Love problem-solving and winning
  • Have relevant work experience, preferably from other tech companies
  • Have the ability to work well in an unstructured environment
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
